Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com IMAP, POP3 and SMTP settings

To set up Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com in a mail app, use IMAP server outlook.office365.com on port 993 with SSL/TLS, and SMTP server smtp.office365.com on port 587 (STARTTLS).

Full email address with Microsoft sign-in (OAuth). Password logins over IMAP are turned off.

IMAP must be enabled per mailbox in the Exchange admin center.
