Using the service
IMAP Migrator copies email between IMAP servers you control or are authorised to access. You are responsible for having the right to migrate every mailbox you enter.
Your mailboxes and passwords
Source mailboxes are only read; nothing is deleted from them and unread messages stay unread. Passwords are kept encrypted while a migration runs and for up to 24 hours after it finishes, so failed messages can be retried; then they are deleted. They are never shown again or used for anything else.
Plans and payment
Plans give time-based access to the console. They do not renew automatically. Because access starts immediately, a plan cannot be refunded once a migration has been started with it.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We work hard to make every copy complete and exact, but you should keep your source mailboxes until you have checked the result on the new server.
