All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed and access is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including but not limited to: partial use of the subscription period, failure to use the service, dissatisfaction with results, or change of mind.
Because WMI IMAP Migrator provides immediate access to a digital tool upon payment, the service is considered consumed at the moment access is granted. We strongly encourage you to review all plan features and use the service before purchasing a larger plan.
WMI IMAP Migrator ("the Service", "we", "us") is a web-based tool that enables bulk migration of email mailboxes between IMAP servers. The Service is provided on an access-based subscription model. Subscriptions are time-limited and grant access to the Service for the purchased duration only.
The Service is intended for system administrators, hosting providers, and technical users who understand IMAP protocols and email server configurations. It is not designed for non-technical end users.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you waive any right to a refund and that the digital nature of the service makes a refund inapplicable once access has been granted.
If you believe a payment was made in error (e.g., a duplicate charge), please contact us with supporting evidence. Fraudulent or duplicate charges may be reviewed at our sole discretion.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to migrate data you do not have legal authority to access, or to interfere with third-party mail systems without authorization.
We do not store, read, or retain the contents of emails migrated through the Service. IMAP credentials you provide are used solely to perform the migration you initiate and are not retained after the session ends.
We collect basic account information (email address, hashed password) for authentication purposes. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal) and we do not store payment card details.
Migration metadata (server hostnames, account counts, migration statistics) is stored to provide you with history and reporting features.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive or fraudulent activity, or used the Service in a manner that harms others or our infrastructure.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription time in the event of termination due to Terms violations.
