What does a plan cover?
Full use of the console for the chosen number of days: any number of accounts, parallel accounts and folders, dry runs, resume and the action log. A migration started inside your window keeps running until it finishes.
Can I check my accounts before paying?
Yes. After creating an account you can validate logins and discover folders with message counts. Launching a migration needs an active plan.
What happens if a run is interrupted?
Progress is saved per message. Failed accounts are retried automatically, and launching the same migration again continues where it stopped without copying anything twice.
How do mailbox credits work?
One credit covers one source mailbox for 30 days from its first run: re-runs, retries, delta syncs, the cutover sync and its calendar and contact copy are included. Credits never expire and dry runs are free. With an active day plan no credits are used.
Are refunds possible?
Plans are time-based and cannot be refunded once a migration has been started. If something blocks you before that, write to [email protected].
